Our realtor Tresa did an amazing job guiding us through every step of the home buying process while we moved back to Oklahoma from Arizona. She made sure we fully understood everything, helped us navigate negotiations confidently, and was always flexible in scheduling last-minute showings with us. After closing, when an unexpected, undisclosed issue came up with the home, she went above and beyond to communicate between us, the sellers, and the company hired for the issue, and made sure things were resolved and that we were okay. I approached Teresa with hope that "someday" I could be a homeowner. She was so encouraging that "someday" could just be now! She referred us to a loan officer and we were approved within a week! She never wavered in her enthusiasm, excitement and confidence of the process we were walking through. Her knowledge, honesty, determination and commitment to my family in the home buying process made things so easy! Buying a home can be stressful and we had our moments like everyone else but Teresa was right there with reassurance, answers and a friendly smile when I was to the point of tears standing in my future home!
