Since we were moving from Tennessee to Brookings, we had to do everything remotely. I read all the agent bios on Realtor.com and liked Michelle's the best. She sounded knowledgeable and personable. We were so happy that she was knowledgeable and
personable. She was also easy to work with remotely and was very attentive to our needs. Michelle worked closely with the sellers agent to make things work as smoothly as possible.
Michelle was always available and listened to our needs and exceeded our expectations. Working remotely using FaceTime for home viewing was helpful and we appreciated that she allowed our local friends to view the homes while she was showing us. With her input and theirs we were able to learn things that pictures and videos just can't show.
