I began my real estate journey in 1985 when I became a licensed real estate broker at just 19 years old. Within a year, I purchased my first rental property, a duplex in Milwaukie! Since then, my husband and I have purchased and managed many additional rental investment properties, giving me valuable firsthand experience in real estate ownership, property management, and investing.
Over the years, my passion for real estate has continued to grow. I enjoy working closely with sellers to help them successfully sell their homes and with buyers to find a property that fits their needs.
I take pride in being detail-oriented, responsive, and personable. I understand that buying or selling a home is a significant decision, and I believe clear communication, attention to detail, and prompt follow-through are essential to providing an excellent client experience.
