David brings a wealth of experience to every real estate transaction, with a background that blends business leadership, development and sale of real estate properties, and many examples of community service. For decades, he played a key role in his family’s corporation, helping to oversee the purchase and sale of farms and other real properties across several states. He helped lead his family’s development of a premier 80-unit manufactured home community, and as Sales Manager was responsible for successfully marketing manufactured homes in the development community and throughout southern Oregon. Beyond real estate, David has been deeply involved in serving his community and has held leadership positions on the Boards of Directors for his local school district, hospital system, electrical cooperative, and farm supply cooperative. He was also elected to serve a term as County Commissioner in Curry County, a role in which he helped shape local policy and community growth. David’s real estate career spans several companies. He spent many years with Century 21 Agate Realty in Brookings, Oregon where he and his real estate partner earned numerous awards for sales excellence, from manufactured to luxury home sales. Today, he resides in the Rogue Valley area and is pleased to be associated as a Principal Broker with Century 21 J.C. Jones American Dream in Grants Pass, where his goal is simple: to provide his clients with skilled guidance, clear communication, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome – whether buying or selling in Southern Oregon.
