Bonnie Halinka assisted me in the sale of our family home in North Belle Vernon. The sale was necessary due to the unexpected loss of our sister. This was our family home. There were a lot of emotions surrounding this sale and Bonnie was kind and understanding. She did not push. She made suggestions and was always there for answering questions. Her knowledge of the local market in North Belle Vernon was evident from the start. The sale took place in just days! Since I no longer live in this area, Bonnie provided a wealth of resources and suggestions for things like legal assistance and estate sale. Again, no push, just suggestions. She is confident too. Her knowledge of the real estate industry is evident. I can't recommend Bonnie Halinka enough to anyone who is looking to buy or sale in the Mon Valley! My word for my experience with her is PERFECT!
