Samantha Capital was the perfect agent for us. She was motivated to find us the perfect house. She was open and honest about all of the properties we viewed and she was very flexible with her schedule so we could see every property we asked to see, in a timely manner. She was prompt and knowledgeable with paperwork and willing to help us with anything we didn’t understand. She was very knowledgeable of the area and answered every question we asked. Samantha was positive and encouraging the whole time. She also went above and beyond to get us what we asked for and when it came time for closing she made sure everyone was on the same page including the seller and selling agent. I absolutely will use Samantha again in the future and I will highly recommend her to everyone I know. She takes her job very seriously, she advocates for you as the buyer and she gets the job done!
