We had Amy over to our house to check out the property. She gave good inputs in terms of staging and what is appealing to buyers. Few days after making some of the changes she recommended she came over and took pictures. House was quickly listed aligning with our timeline we discussed, posted on a Wednesday and received multiple offers by the weekend.
Amy was very open to our opinions and question, after hearing she would provided her professional opinion. She was always very timely and had great communication through out the process. Amy was always quick to answer our question regardless of the time/day of the week. She was also proactive in making sure we were getting all needed documents in on time to avoid any delays.
