This woman makes the patients of a saint look bad.
This being my first time ever buying a house and the questions I felt may have sounded dumb she answered with ease even if I didn't understand what she was saying she took the time to make sure I did. She was very knowledgeable of all questions I asked and never once "had to get back to me" on a question.
