Let me start by saying...I LOVE MY JOB!! In fact, it really isn't a job...when you are doing something that you truly enjoy then it isn't a job...its a PASSION.
REAL ESTATE IS MY PASSION!! I love it so much that I decided to work in two states! I currently am a full time agent with a supportive staff and actively list and sell in both PA and Florida.
I live by the motto "A Successful Person is willing to do what the non-successful person will NOT do"...that is the basis of my business and the reason I am successful. I go above and beyond for my clients and customers and form lasting friendships as a result.

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, in the small southern suburb of Bethel Park. I'm also a proud Penn State University graduate with a BA in Communications.
Family is everything to me. I have 19 year old twin boys that are my entire world. We first moved to the Lake Wallenpaupack area in 1997 and bought a small cabin on the lake. My boys loved it so much they never wanted to leave their lake house. That led us to make some changes in our life to give them the opportunity to grow up where most people vacation. Having raised children in the Wallenpaupack School District and being active in sports and in the community helps me stay on top of the latest issues in our area. As life always changes, after the boys graduated we decided to become "early snowbirds" and have residences in both PA and Florida and travel between the two regularly. My one son Alex proudly serves in the United States Air Force as a Crew Chief stationed in California. (Please ask me about Military Discounts!) My other son Kyle is attending Florida State University where he is majoring in Professional Golf Management.
I've been licensed since 2002. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR) and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and an e-PRO. I've repeatedly dominated the area in sales and have been named Top Sales Agent and Executive Club for many years. I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Pike Wayne Association of Realtors, the Realtor's Association of Lake and Sumter Counties, a past member of the Grievance Committee, the Education Committee, the Professional Standards Committee, the MLS Committee and the Public Relations Committee. I have also served as a Board Member on the Pike Wayne Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
