David Rottkamp (Dave) was a great guy to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and really listens and understand what you are looking for. Dave is not pushy in any way but lets you know what is available and what to expect. He is always there for questions. He helped with research in the area and his knowledge of the area was a great benefit. Communication with Dave was excellent from the website to view properties (best I have seen) to e-mails, texts, phone calls and face to face... could not be better. I think he went well beyond what is required. He was always there to help even before I asked. He made the process enjoyable.
Dave is not only our Realtor... he is now our neighbor at the lake... and a friend that we will get to know even better. Thanks Dave for finding us a great house.
