The buyers had a VA loan, which at times was a little aggravating, but I think everyone handled it well. Besides the VA being less than easy to work with, Joe made the entire process as painless as possible. I knew I was in good hands. Joe handled all aspects from start to finish in a professional, efficient, and skillful manner. He is a wonderful realtor and a joy to work with.
