Amanda knew we had a very short timeline to sell and get into our next home. We reviewed the comps and decided due to the local area, we would price at $329k. We were shocked at how quickly the house went from thinking about selling, to signed contract, to advertise on Century 21 and eventually across the Internet. While we worked very hard to clean and stage the home, it was beginning to take a toll on us. The fact that Amanda got us to sell the house after 4 showings was an exceptional job on her part. It was difficult leaving a great neighbor but was the best move we could make for our family.
