Matthew Brown
Born in Reading, PA, I have had a home in Berks County for 30 yrs (my entire life, WOW!). I currently reside in the Borough of Shillington w/ my wife & 2 children. I grew up playing organized sports my whole school career. As years have gone by, things tend to get a little slower & ache more, but you can still catch me running around the baseball diamond or catching touchdowns in the athletic leagues I presently join. The time is near when the torch will be passed to my children, so you may catch me jumping, cheering for joy at my children's events. Being part of organized events gives me a great understanding of team concept and values, & I am honored to be part of a team like CENTURY 21 Advance Realty. I was in retail management for 6 years, and over those years I have been part of various training seminars that have allowed me to enhance my business skills. My experience in retail has given me a passion for working with people and a philosophy that is different than most and allows me to include it in life; this philosophy is "I manage people, not numbers." This philosophy allowed the diverse and inclusion process to be implemented to understand everyone is not the same, and people have different needs. This knowledge allows me to reach the appropriate numbers that have to be met to fulfill set goals.
