We were looking for property from 4300 miles away. Mary Ann was willing to work with us and family members here to find the home we wanted. She was always willing to do what was needed to make that happen. She showed several properties, and learned as much as she could about them. During our buying process, Mary Ann had a vacation scheduled and was up front about the timing of that. While she was gone, she had another realtor, Kathy Logan, fill in for her. We were also pleased with Kathy's work. There were a few issues with the sellers that we had to resolve, and Mary Ann was patient and willing to help work through those. She did not place any pressure on us to make a decision. The closing was as smooth as any we've ever had. In the past, we had a really bad experience with a realtor so we know what that is like. Mary Ann was great to work with, and we'd recommend her to friends and family.
