Extremely professional and friendly, after meeting a couple of times I was very comfortable and often felt like I was talking to a family member. Also was extremely quick in responding back to any of my calls and questions, was always available and when she did not have the information available I needed, she obtained it very quickly, did feel like she was really 100% working to help me out. Very optimistic happy and sincere during our home search.
Kathleen was fantastic during our long search for property, despite the numerous home visits (which could test anyone's patience), she never showed signs of frustration or lack of patience with us, we liked her from the beginning to the end of the process. We feel lucky and honored to meet her and she will always be to us a good friend.
