Having been born and raised in Richmond, VA Carter attended Virginia Tech University. After graduation, Carter had the unique opportunity to work in a Real Estate office in North Carolina for their Relocation division. Later she moved to Wisconsin, California, Kentucky and finally South Carolina. Although she and her family have moved across the country and back, she is happy to come full circle in her career and to be back in Real Estate once more. Moving to South Carolina was a homecoming for her husband who grew up in the Spartanburg area. The Patterson family is proud to call Spartanburg home and have quickly gotten involved in the community. Being close to both the beach and mountains helps too! In her spare time, Carter enjoys refinishing furniture, reading, biking, going to the beach and watching her kids play sports.
