As a Director of a federal grant program for the University of South Carolina - Spartanburg she learned the importance of accountability and her management skills (oversaw 4 grant programs and their staff in Spartanburg, Richland, Cherokee and Union counties). We gave Cynthia Knox a list of what was important to us in our new home. When we arrived in Spartanburg she had concise viewings lined up for us to see. She did not have any appointments that didn't match our requests. In short, she did not waste our time just showing properties. Her knowledge of the market, the area, and customer care are exceptional. We are delighted with our home and hope this is our last move-but if not, Cynthia Knox will be our real estate professional!
