Blackwell and Company Realty, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Peggy J. Blackwell (CEO, Owner, Broker-in-Charge). Blackwell and Company joined the CENTURY 21 system in December of 1992. Since that time, Mrs. Blackwell has utilized the CENTURY 21 training system, coupled with her own years of experience, to create one of the Southeast's most successful real estate firms. As a result, CENTURY 21 Blackwell & Co. Realty, Inc. has received both the CENTURY 21 Quality Service and the CENTURY 21 Centurion
office awards since 1995. In addition, CENTURY 21 Blackwell & Co. Realty, Inc. is recognized as one of the top 21 real estate companies in North and South Carolina.
In March of 1996, CENTURY 21 Blackwell & Co Realty, Inc. merged with Hill and Silver Realty and in October of 2007 merged with Spartanburg Home Source Realty. The addition of these offices have helped to maximize the ability of the company to serve its clients and customers by providing two convenient locations in the Spartanburg area. Bill Still is the Broker-in-Charge of the Spartanburg Office. Mrs. Blackwell is the Broker-in-Charge of the Corporate Office, Boiling Springs Office, and Greenville Office. Mrs. Blackwell's daughter, Mitzi Kirsch, also serves on the management team as the Vice President of CENTURY 21 Blackwell & Co. Realty.
In January of 2013 Blackwell & Co. Realty opened an office in Greenville, SC. This additional facility allows additional coverage to the upstate area with a group of seasoned professionals added to their sales force. CENTURY 21 Blackwell & Co. Realty, Inc. is a combination of both young and seasoned real estate professionals, joined together to provide you with excellent quality customer service. This dedication is one of the many factors that has helped the company to be ranked consistently as one of the top firms in production in the Spartanburg area.
CENTURY 21 Blackwell and Company is also actively involved with the Boiling Springs Resource Center, the Children's Shelter of Spartanburg. And The Cancer Association of Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties.
