Regina Miller
Gina Miller is a licensed South Carolina REALTOR® with Century 21 Blackwell, known
for her thoughtful approach and commitment to delivering an elevated client experience.
Originally from northern New Jersey, Gina relocated with her family to North Florida in
2001, where she began building a strong foundation in service and client care.
After high school, Gina earned her license in massage therapy, developing a deep
understanding of personalized care, attentiveness, and the importance of truly listening
to clients' needs. She further expanded her expertise by studying real estate and
finance while earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the
University of Florida, bringing together both a service-driven mindset and a strong
business foundation.
In 2023, Gina made the move to the Upstate of South Carolina, drawn to the beauty of
the mountains and the charm of four distinct seasons, enjoying the best of both with a
little less snow. With a long-standing appreciation for real estate, from architecture to
interior design, she brings both passion and perspective to every transaction.
Gina approaches buying and selling as a collaborative and highly personalized
experience. Known for her adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and intuitive
understanding of her clients' needs, she takes pride in asking the right questions and

Outside of real estate, Gina enjoys spending time with her family and pets, as well as
exploring her creative and adventurous side through music, singing, travel, hiking, and
gardening....
