I met Kim Efird at her office while visiting the area for a possible relocation after Hurricane Ian devastated Southwest Florida.
I found Kim to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and experienced.
We loved the area and decided we would go with Kim. This was in November of 2022.
We returned to Florida and began preparing our house for sale.
During this time Kim sent us homes to look at over the Internet. Then when our Florida home went under contract we returned to South Carolina to begin our home search. The first home we contracted with came back with an unacceptable Inspection, and we decided not to go with that home.
