Mark Westphal
Mark Westphal started his real estate career in Northern California in 1990 focusing on New Home Sales, Marketing, and Construction with both public and private builders. In 1996, he accepted the position of Vice President to Shapell Homes, the largest privately held builder in California. In 2004 he founded The Westphal Group Real Estate Brokerage for builders, a private resale office, and Westphal Funding, his in-house mortgage company. Prior to moving to South Carolina, Mark formed Renew Now Homes to rebuild fire devastated Sonoma County using factory-built technology. Renew Now Homes has been recognized by Fannie Mae for their disaster relief operations in Northern California. In 2022 he was appointed President of Reynolds Companies in The Blue Ridge Mountain Club in Boone, North Carolina. During his tenure he headed up all new construction of custom homes, a new fire department, amenities, and oversaw all real estate transactions for BRMC. Today, Mark is returning to his roots of sales for C-21 in Hilton Head specializing in Master Planned Communities, and relocations from the west coast.
