Hi, I'm Anna Deel, Sales Manager at Century 21 Vanguard.
My real estate journey began in 2011 when I entered the industry as a brand-new agent looking for more freedom, financial security, and opportunities in my life. Like many agents starting out, I didn't have a large database or a built-in network of clients. What I did have was a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to taking advantage of every opportunity that came my way.
Over the course of 9 years as a full-time real estate agent, I consistently helped 40-50 families a year buy and sell homes. I built my business by working open houses nearly every weekend, answering office floor calls, following up with leads, staying connected to my database, and immersing myself in every training and coaching opportunity available. I believed then?and still believe today?that success in real estate comes from mastering the fundamentals and remaining committed to growth.
Since 2022, I have served in coaching, training, and leadership roles, helping agents build stronger businesses and reach their goals. Today, as Sales Manager at Century 21 Vanguard, I work closely with both new and experienced agents to develop lead generation strategies, improve conversion skills, implement systems, increase accountability, and create clear business plans designed for long-term success.
My passion is helping agents shorten the learning curve. I've been where you are. I know what it's like to wonder where the next client will come from, how to build momentum, and how to create consistency in a business that can often feel unpredictable. My goal is to help agents avoid common mistakes, focus on the activities that produce results, and build a business that supports the life they want to live.
