She is very concerned about your needs and will keep you informed about everything that is going on during the process. She will help you find what you are looking for as though she is trying to find the property for herself. She is very down to earth, kind, very easy to get along with and good-hearted. She always kept me in the loop, answered all of my questions, even following through with others that were involved with the closing including the lawyer.
