If I could give her a million stars I would. Please know how amazing of a person you have working with you! She answered all my questions fast and in a way I could understand. She was very patient with having to go back and forth with our lenders literally like a million times and the sellers. We were first time home owners and she calmed our nerves anytime something came up. She knew my husband working for his dad and other things would bring complications with lenders and she didn't let it deter her once! Honestly if it wasn't for Kennedy we wouldn't have closed when we did because of all the back and forth with the sellers and HUD certification. I am so blessed and thankful I found her on Facebook! She went above and beyond, did what most realtors wouldn't and lit fires in the listing agent and sellers butts when they weren't getting things done for our loan! I can't say thank you enough to Kennedy! It's alot to get into words. She was absolutely amazing....
