Kathy and I enjoyed working with Myra very much. We had been looking for a piece of property for about 4 months without any luck. Myra contacted us about a 1 acre lot that had just come up for sale. We immediatlety went down to look at it. We put in a bid and working with both Myra and the sellers agent we were able to come to an agreement and evenutally bought the property. We was very in tune with what we wanted, understood our financial limits and worked with us on an almost daily basis. She kept us informed of the progress of the sale from dealing with the sellers agent, the lawerys office for closing as well as the agent for the purchase of the new home we want put on the property. She went above and beyond what we expected and helped to make the process easier for us. We would highly recommend Myra in the future. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Myra....
