Joanna was nothing but a consummate professional from the time we started looking at properties to the time that we closed. Because we are out of state, there were many things that she needed to handle for us that we could not do ourselves. Between recommending services, checking on the property for us prior to closing, and ultimately helping us with packages that were delivered when we were not in town.
