This was a sale of farmland and forest. The land was adjacent to my home. It was estate land sale by heirs. Property was in demand in our country setting. I wanted it because it was adjacent to my little farm. I called Century 21 the same day sign went up. Kirk helped me get contract done by me and offer of asking price to seller the next day. We had a signed contract 2 days after for sale sign went up on the land.
In 30 days, we were closed. I now have deed to the 30 acres beside my house. I am happy.
