Ron Cupertino
Real Estate comes naturally to Ron. Since the age of 15, he has been involved in the family real estate business in the Northeast; by the age of 17, he was running his own remodeling company in Boston. Representing the Grand Strand's buyers and sellers of commercial real estate, Ron Cupertino's over 18 years of experience in both real estate and commercial construction gives Ron an extra layer of knowledge and efficiency in identifying and advising investors on their next acquisition and/or disposition strategy. With multiple successful business (and some not so successful) ventures under his belt, Ron's experience and knowledge in business development is also an asset to business owners in the Grand Strand looking for the ideal space to optimize their operations. Ron is a native of Brazil, at the age of one he moved stateside and was raised in Framingham, Massachusetts (30 mins west of Boston). Moving to the southeast in 2009, Ron has lived and represented investors in Atlanta, GA, Columbia, SC, Charlotte, NC, and now resides in Myrtle Beach. His diversity and experience will surely bring value to most investors. With the certainty that every day will be a lesson learned, Ron approaches every deal small or large with the utmost respect and desire to collaborate by sharing his knowledge and experience, but also ready to listen and learn from his investors. Being a husband to Fabiola and a father to Briana and Luna is motivation enough for Ron to continue to do good work with the sincere expectation of a win-win outcome on every deal.
