Ruthie Kearns is always a pleasure to work with, she helped us buy another property before we sold this one. Her pictures and video representing the property were flawless, and she kept us informed throughout the whole process of showing and selling it. We commend her for working through a difficult situation at times. While the buyer was congenial enough, Ruthie had to work with his overly aggressive agent and she was able to deflect and thwart his sometimes unreasonable demands at every turn which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend her to family and friends interested in buying or selling property.
