Shauna lined up numerous properties in the Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach areas for us to view during our week visit to the area from Vermont. She followed our criteria and never tried to influence us based on price, but only by what we liked and her knowledge of the properties and area. She kept us busy looking for two days and we were able to narrow it down to two properties before deciding to make an offer on the one we ultimately purchased. Once the offer was in, and after the seller countered with minimal movement, Shauna educated the seller and the seller's agent on why our offer was more than fair, and it was then accepted. Without her knowledge of the situation I feel the seller may not have budged and we would have walked away. Shauna got it done.
