Greetings from the sunny shores of the Grand Strand! As a native of the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, I have seen this area evolve from a little-known beach haven to a bustling seaside and golfing resort well known nationally and internationally. Several of my relatives have been instrumental in the development of the Cherry Grove area. A favorite story from my "Uncle Charlie" Nixon tells how he startled some of the long time residents of the Little River Neck area when he dynamited the land in preparation for the channels in East Cherry Grove. "They thought the end of the world had come!" he used to chuckle. I have over sixteen years experience as a real estate professional working here at the beach and the Pee Dee area of South Carolina.
