Linda was a great help when we purchased a condo in 2014. Her knowledge of the market and surrounding area was the reason we decided to contact Linda in looking for another condo this year. She focused of the type of condo we were interested in and we were able to quickly make up our minds on the location and the unit. She kept us up to date and made sure we understand all the details of the properties that were for sale.
Because of our past experience with Linda she is handling our listing to sell the condo we purchased in 2014.

Linda has represented me in both the purchase and sale of real estate in North Myrtle Beach. I have never considered the representation by anyone else in the buying or selling of real property in the area.
