As you will see below this, Allison Vassey is a very professional, hardworking Realtor. My wife and I have never bought a house and we were worried that the process would be very stressful. We were talking to a couple realtors, but Allison just stood out over everyone else. She made us feel like we were her only clients and her way of talking just made us feel at ease.
Her knowledge of the housing market was impressive. She knows all the ins and outs, not just on home buying/selling, but also how and what to look for in inspections of the house. She is very passionate about her job and clients as well. She is always upfront and caring. Letting us know her opinion but would give it as advice and let us make our decision based off all she says.
I highly recommend her for buying and selling a home because she is going to give you all she must to make your dreams come true. If we sell/buy another house, I promise it will be through her.
I was contacted by Allison when I was asking about a house. From the start I could tell that our personalities were a match. My wife and I always felt that we were her only clients. Being that we were first time home buyers, I felt that she was up front with us and was there for us with a question and/or concerns that we had about the hole buying progress. She was always very professional and straight up with us.
As with my last two comments, meeting Allison was truly a blessing. My wife and I was lucky to have connected with her. She always answered the phone or text messages and stayed focused on us. We always felt that we were her only clients. She advised us her professional opinion on houses and prices, and I know she did real good negotiating a fair price for us. We have been in the house almost 2 weeks and she still is checking in on us. She was a GOD send.
