Katie learned about my desire to purchase a home from my daughter who she met at the mall. The next day Katie returned to the mall and gave my daughter a folder with possible homes that would interest me. I was most impressed with her ambition. Anyone who would go this extra mile to find the house I needed was the broker/agent for me!!!
Katie never made me feel like I was bothering her. She was always positive doing each communication exchange. When i would ask Katie a question (and I had many) she would give me a clear and concise answer. If she did not know the answer, she would find out and let me know in a timely manner.
Katie is a true asset to Century 21 Blackwell. Professional, thorough. and skilled. I had a great experience. Trying to purchase a home when the market was overpriced and out of control was very difficult. Katie was superb in guiding me through this NEW home buying process of 2022 (offering more than the asking price, due diligence, "as is" property, etc.)
