Before entering real estate, Tanit built a successful career leading teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. 1. Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?
- I have more than 20 years of customer service experience. I have also been on both sides of transactions several times, experiencing both great and not-so-great outcomes. I love to help buyers with one of life's most important financial decisions and am committed to making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
2. Where are you originally from?
- I was born and raised in Venezuela and relocated to the USA in 2000
3. What brought you to the area?
- Moved to South Carolina in 2007 after visiting on vacation and falling in love with the area, its people, and nature
4. What are your favorite local restaurants?
- My family and I like to support local businesses, always trying small restaurants with a diverse background and menu.
5. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?
- We love nature, spending time at the Great Lakes in the area and traveling.
6. What are your favorite Sports Teams?
- South Carolina Gamecocks
7. Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?
- I do not play any sports due to an injury and 2 back surgeries; however, I love most of them and like to go to games to support athletes.
8. Do you have any pets?
- We have 2 dogs, a boy and a girl, both adopted from the Greenville Humane Society; we love to support their cause.
9. What are you passionate about?
- My family, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
10. How important is Customer Service to you?
- After a few bad experiences in the past, I was blessed with an amazing realtor who helped me and my family during a buying deal, and we became close friends. I learned that customer service is everything; it is the key to success....
