I was in town only a couple of weeks. My daughter and I decided to walk into her office and see what was available. She showed us three homes which was all it took to decide on a new build and less back and forth issues. I went back home retired and moved into our new home 2 months later. We've been here 6 months and are very happy. Bonita made our process very easy. She kept us abreast of the changes while our home was being finished and her communication was great. We moved from California to here so she kept us up on all our to do's until we got here. Working with Bonita was very good. Thank you Bonita for all you did.
