When I realized I'd be selling my home 1 year after I purchased, I immediately reached out to Brittney. She had someone available to take photos of the home the next day, flew out to meet with me, and had it on the market within about 3 days of me making contact. When I was nervous out no movement, she gave me solid, objective advice about what she was seeing, and I got an offer from the first showing that was under the average time on market. Everything went so seamlessly and again, she was so instrumental in coordinating things when I was in a different state (and even a different country during the showing and offer!) I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Brittney!
