We were out of state buyers doing our own research when we came across a home that Linda had listed for sale. We flew in to see the property as well as others on our list when we met Linda. We liked her professonalism and local knowledge from the beginning. These qualities were important to us as we were making a big committment to an area we had never been to before. The distance and unfamiliarity with the area posed a significant handicap for us in trying to make a decision on what and where to purchase.
