Darrell was above and beyond what I had expectations for with regards to a realtor. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He knew exactly what things an appraiser would be looking for in terms of the loan type I would be using. Darrell seemed to make himself available at any point I "needed" him or his assistance. There was a short deadline I had to meet and Darrell made sure to keep everything on track so my closing date wouldn't move, even when everything seemed to be falling apart. We had a few different contracts written up in the time we did business together and he still managed to keep everything on pace for a perfect closing day. I had such a delightful experience when dealing with Darrell and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a great realtor whose attention to detail is above and beyond.
