Renee Hunter is a licensed full-time professional Realtor with CENTURY 21 Premier. She decided never to rest on her continuous evolution as a professional, making her an expert in real estate. Renee is from Tennessee. She grew up just north of Nashville in the city of Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee. She has also lived in other parts of the county, such as Portland. She has been involved in community events in the White House, Westmoreland, and the rural areas of Bethpage, Castilian Springs, and Cottontown, and she is currently in Hendersonville. She is very familiar with Sumner County, Robertson County, and Wilson Counties. These areas include Springfield, Greenbrier, Mount Juliet, and Lebanon. Renee also services clients in Nashville. Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Clarksville, and all areas in between. She obtained her real estate license in 2005 and is currently the Managing Principal Broker of CENTURY 21 Premier Goodlettsville office. Renee has taken classes to expand her knowledge and help with your real estate needs. She is more than capable of assisting you with every real estate transaction needed to secure essential procedures, keeping in mind that a serene, peaceful process keeps clients. Renee's most recent class was Military Relocation Professional MRP. She has also obtained her Broker's license, is a certified Short Sale Foreclosure REO Specialist SFR, and is an Accredited Buyer's Representative ABR. She is a member of the Robertson Country Association of Realtors (RCAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). She follows the Code of Ethics and strives to show her Honesty and Integrity to each client. She is also a Middle Tennessee Multiple Listing Services (MLS) member. Renee served on the Board of Directors for RCAR from 2011 to 2014. She has served on the RCAR Education Committee since 2010. She believes "Knowledge is Power”. Renee is especially proud and grateful for her grandfather's service in WWII and her uncle's service during the Vietnam War. Alone with her husband's uncle, who is still listed as MIA from the Vietnam War. Relocation is just one way Renee enjoys giving back to those service men and women and their families.
