My wife and I just bought a second home in Sequatchie Tennessee from Jimmy Sneed and Century 21 Cumberland Realty, based in Jasper TN. I had never met Jimmy and had only been through Jasper once before. Jimmy did everything a Realtor and broker was required to do, and he did it promptly and professionally. But he did much more than that. I live 100 miles from Sequatchie, and Jimmy took care of many arrangements I would normally have to take care of. This saved me tons of time and worry.
Jimmy grew up in the area and also provided me with a great deal of local knowledge that I have already put to great use. This includes telling me about several "locals only" hikes (my hobby), and referring me to local merchants such as Brian and Nichole at Phillips Furniture, Joe Waddell at Farmers Bureau Insurance, and Chris Shoemake at FirstBank Mortgage. All of his referrals have been excellent.
Jimmy and all the folks he has recommended have made us feel welcome in Marion County. But I guess that most of all, Jimmy has been one of the most friendly and trustworthy people I have ever dealt with in any walk of life. He's a truly exceptional human being. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for real estate, or anyone that just needs a friend in Jasper TN.
