From the very start Bridgette was out to please me as a customer. We had an initial conversation on what my goals were, then moved right into properties. The first property of interest came up and Bridgette knew the area and background on that property that were very helpful in making decisions regarding it. After a few days we decided to move on from that property. In days another property showed up on our radar. Within 48 hours she had access and a report on the general quality of the property. We entered into negotiations and at the end purchased the house for far less (30% less) than the initial offering. The back and forth was well communicated and had foundations in the reality of the situation. Closing was a charm and she was delightful to work with in person, over the phone, and through text/email. I never felt I waited for more than a few hours when asking a question or proposing a move to be made. Beyond delightful. I would follow her wherever she works....
