Kathy was absolutely incredible to work with throughout our home buying process. Her attention to detail, strong local knowledge, and professionalism truly set her apart. She was always responsive, patient, and willing to take the time to answer our questions, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We genuinely felt like she had our best interests at heart every step of the way.
Where Kathy really stood out was during an unexpected challenge on the financing side. We worked with a lender involved in the process, and unfortunately that experience became very difficult—culminating in a major change just 48 hours before closing that required us to pivot quickly and make last-minute decisions.
Despite that, Kathy remained calm, proactive, and solution-oriented. She helped guide us through a stressful situation, kept everything moving forward, and ultimately made sure we got to the closing table. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend her....
