We live out of state so Janet Dichiara was our eyes and feet on several properties that we were interested in. She gave us her honest opinion and did not try to push anything on us; we never felt pressured. We communicated mostly through email and she was always very quick to respond. When I was able to visit TN in person, she drove me to a couple of properties, one of which we purchased. She told me about serveral places in the area that she thought we might be interested in; I appreciated this a lot. I enjoyed my time with Janet; she is very pleasant and I feel like I made a new friend....
