The views, the peace, the independence, and the unique challenges that come with it. I understand firsthand what it takes to buy property and build in the mountains, because I've done it myself. Purchasing land and building a home here in East Tennessee while still living over 4,000 miles away, I know what it's like to relocate, plan from afar, and make big decisions with trust and vision.<br><br>Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent 21 years serving as a police officer in Anchorage, Alaska. Many of those years as a trained crisis negotiator and team leader, supervisor over all new recruits, and coordinator of a department-wide peer support team. My law enforcement career taught me the power of communication, problem-solving, and being a steady presence during uncertain times.
