Rachel went above and beyond what I expected from her. She was helping me as an out of state buyer. This required a lot of communication via calls and email. She was always prompt, ready to talk, took care of the details, so I would not have to worry. She didn't stop her services until the very night of closing. She even completed a walk through of the home as a courtesy even though she was not required to do so.
Extremely professional and approachable. Never appeared to be bothered by update requests, emails, calls, etc. Always willing to go the full mile and more for me.
