Sherri and Todd are an incredible team! Helping out-of-state clients buy a house is probably not easy, but they handled our quest to find a home with a personalized touch, as if helping people long-distance is something they do every day! They took our criteria, pointing out what was realistic, and sent listings to choose from.
When we got to Knoxville, we went to look at homes culled from those listings. They did not give up on us when we looked at property after property! They went above and beyond. Todd pointed out areas of concern, and Sherri pointed us to restaurants, grocery stores, and other places we needed to go. After we found our new home, they guided us through the offer and closing processes. Even after we closed, and since we haven't moved yet, Sherri responds when I ask where to find flooring stores and other services. She is truly a warehouse of information!
