I had a great experience with Brad. I was a very difficult client when it came to finding my forever home. I am very picky and didn't know exactly what I wanted at first. We looked at MANY homes and even put a contract on 2, but had to decline after the inspections were done. Brad was still very patient and was always available when I wanted to look at a home ( with 30 minutes notice).
