The Realtor I am a REALTOR with Century 21 Prestige Realty in Nashville Tennessee. I have been in the workforce for over forty-five years of which half has included being a REALTOR. I have gained knowledge, skills and talents which has equipped me to become a successful REALTOR. I have taken the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, an indicator that determines your type and implication for career choice, relationships, and work behavior. I can adapt to people from one end of the spectrum to the other ? a much needed character trait in dealing with people of all cultures and walks of life, especially when it comes to real estate. I graduated from Tennessee State University, and I continue to educate myself in the growing trends of technology-based business of real estate today to become more knowledgeable and better able to serve my clients. In the past I attended an educational program enabling me to acquire the designation Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioner by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. Other courses I have taken include: ?Survival Spanish for REALTORS'; ?Fair Housing'; ?Code of Ethics'; Negotiate like a Pro'; ?Cultural Diversity'; ?TN Real Estate Principles?; and ?Real Estate Law' just to name a few. I continue with ongoing real estate classes and seminars. This dedication to further my education in every area of real estate has translated into absolute success for me, I am a Million Dollar Producer closing an average of $2,000,000,000 in 2022.
I am more than a successful real estate professional. I truly care about the needs of clients and community. This is evident by the countless hours I spend volunteering to help my neighbors read and understand the Bible. In addition, Century 21 and I have donated monetary contributions to Easter Seals.
I enjoy family outings and camping. I enjoy reading ? my favorite book is the most widely distributed book in the world, the Bible. I love to travel and have been to faraway places as Japan, Hong Kong, Macaw, the Philippines, Switzerland, Austria, Paris, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Ecuador, Mexico, and the Caribbean Islands.
