Heidi was so awesome to deal with the first time we purchased property in Tennessee, that there was no way we were going to go with anyone else on our latest purchases. Heidi either answers her phone or calls back within minutes. The ability to reach her at nearly all hours of the day/evening is a huge bonus (obviously, I wouldn’t want to bother her in the evenings unless I needed to, but when something really important comes up she is always there for us). One of our biggest concerns is getting great customer service. She is the best. No complaints.We will continue to work with Heidi on all future purchases…..that should say everything you need to know about her.
